Green Cleaning Tips

Here are a few tips on how to make your own green cleaning products.

Lets start with the basic ingredients: WATER, BAKING SODA, VINEGAR, LEMON JUICE, KOSHER SALT, LIQUID SOAP and TEA TREE OIL.

Bathroom and Kitchen: sprinkle baking soda and then scrub with moist sponge or clothe for tougher grime sprinkle on some kosher salt.

GOT STAINS OR MILDEW?
Spray lemon juice or vinegar let sit for few minutes and then scrub with stiff brush.

Disinfectant: 2 cups of water 3 table spoons of liquid soap and 20 to 30 drops of tea tree oil. IT’S SO EASY!

Windows and Mirrors: 2 table spoons of white vinegar with gallon of water. Dispense in spray bottle, squirt on and then scrub with news paper. DON’T LIKE VINEGAR? Can substitute for undiluted lemon juice or club soda.

Wood floor: 1/4 cup of white vinegar and 30 ounces of warm water. Put in spray bottle and spray on cotton rag or towel until light damp and clean your floor.
Safe oven cleaner: coat the inside of your oven with paste made from baking soda and water let stand over night and then scrub with cloth or sponge.
